Customers may pay using Paypal via the website or by cheque. If paying by cheque, goods will not be dispatch until the cheque has cleared.
We reserve the right to change prices on our website.
We aim to have orders fulfilled within 48 hours of their being placed. All products are subject to availability. We aim to keep the site up to date but if for any reason a product you have ordered is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible.
We ship only to mainland UK.

The placing of an order constitutes an agreement by you the customer to purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 14 days of the order being placed. Customers must contact us regarding any goods received which are unsatisfactory and must arrange for the return of goods for a replacement or refund.
For orders placed online, payments will be charged at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary and without notice. Orders may be collected from our premises, subject to prior arrangement.
We aim to respond promptly and efficiently to all comments and do our best to ensure you are satisfied with our products.
We accept payment by PayPal. If your bank refuses to authorise payment to us, we will contact you for further instructions. We will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary and without notice. Where a refund is appropriate it will only be made payable to the purchaser of the goods.
